Our Well-Coaches work with you to take you through a 5 step GREAT® programme that looks at your whole life – work, relationships, health etc because they understand that wellbeing can only be achieved by seeing the connections between healthy minds and healthy lives.
The gr8wellbeing® 5 step approach is a new and exciting way to achieve greater levels of physical and mental wellbeing through the power of positive psychology.

What is positive psychology?
Positive psychology is a new and exciting approach to improving your life by focusing on what's right with you rather than what's wrong with you. This shift in mindset allows you to open yourself to the possibilities and choices you have. By working out what it is you want and then developing a plan to help you achieve it you will no longer allow others to control your destiny. It works.
How can positive psychology help me?
Too often we are hardwired to believe that we are unable to change our circumstances and that, even if we could, we don't deserve the life we really want. It is a mindset that has been drummed into us over many years by the ups and downs of life and a mindset which really gets in the way of us making successful change.
gr8Wellbeing's 5 step GREAT® plan will work with you to change this mindset, identify what it is you really want and take positive steps towards achieving your goals.
How does it work?
Simple. You make contact with us to arrange a free introductory session with one of our Well-Coaches in your area. If you are ready to take the first step the coach will negotiate the structure of a 6 x 1 hour GREAT® programme that is a combination of face-to-face meetings and tele-coaching sessions.
